Publisher/Editor: R. Scott McCoy is a Corporate Suit who loves writing almost as much as he loves reading. He created Necrotic Tissue to help new and experienced writers publish quality horror.

A word from Scott: We have four main goals.

1. Publish a high quality product.
2. Respond in a timely manner (We average less than 20 days).
3. If we reject a story, we give feedback on why (It's important to remember that the feedback is our personal opinion, and opinions vary).
4. Support new and professional writers by doing all of the above and increase rates whenever possible.

Web Demigod: A technical mastermind trapped in a cube farm. He is in charge of both web page creation/maintenance, but also formatting and production of the 'zine. Claims Horror is not his genre, but has a natural talent for it (denial is not a river in Egypt).

More than a few words from the Webmaster: It's true, horror is not my thing. Give me a good tech manual to pour over and I'm happy. There is something comforting in seeing numbers and schematics organized in logical and detailed glory. Of course, anyone who has ever perused the take-apart manual for a G4 Apple iBook, knows what true horror is. That's not a bad photo... he's pixelated in real life.
